Welshma, born Wales Ussi, is a Malawian artist from Domasi, Zomba. Born in Lilongwe's Bottom Hospital in 1988, he grew up in the capital city's Area 25B.
Welshma's music career took off in 2012 with his debut album, "Mfumu Yanga," featuring 13 tracks produced by Dillie Issa at Dillie Records. The album's title track, along with songs like "Ndikuthokoza," "Kalero," and "Ndiloleni," received radio airplay on stations.
