RelationTrips: El Salvador, 2023 (ft. Alina’s bro)!
El Salvador is such a diamond-in-the-rough, absolutely gorgeous country which boasts perfect waves, luscious jungles, Mayan ruins, yummy food, incredibly kind people, and almost 200 potentially active volcanos!
Joel and Alina were watching the World Surf League short board El Salvador competition on TV and thought the country looked stunning and had awesome waves, so we checked out ticket prices and, lo-and-behold, they were ridiculously cheap! We immediately jumped on the opportunity and booked a flight for September, 2023. We later found out that the tickets were so inexpensive because, after a horrible civil war and consequential gang activity, the government has heavily cracked down o...

Gracias! We stayed there for about a week and, even though we saw a lot, there was still so much we wanted to see! It’s sick a beautiful country. We’ll definitely be coming back to explore some more 😋🇸🇻
In El Salvador we have a very friendly 🐕 dogs we called chucho
