Hi, I have an error in Hosonsoft that says "x motor position error (grating position and pulse position error are too large" This happens after about 2 hours of printing and after a knocking noise. Any ideas

Their on screen interface needs a lot of work. After hitting ok it just stays on the same screen. There is no confirmation that calibration is complete. Kinda like this video cuts off too. Struggling yo calibrate my machine and I can’t help but wonder if the calibration simply hasnt took.

After installing the riser base, how the hell am I supposed to use the laser now? It won't measure the distance, because everything that I want to cut/engrave is sitting too low.

The riser you sent me does not have the ability to screw the base on the bottom. Please update the video! (there are no screw plates as shown on it's bottom). This one does net even have the passthrough panels.

Hi we have this exact model and still on a learning curve - the first rounds of prints have been great but we are now finding minor scratches on the prints - any advice? Looks like it happens when the prints go through the dryer perhaps?

What version of software is this using? I do not have a burn mark at level 1 and no buttons to move closer to the first mirrors. I am not using the V2 Beta software since none of the tutorials I've found show this software

Hello how did you put the Lazer down

Hello! We are having an ink out error but we tried this method with no luck. We pressed the ink button to unlock the carriage and then when we press the button again it doesn’t do anything. Our main printer blew a board and have been waiting for it to arrive so we we’ve been working tirelessly for days trying to figure it out. We are drowning financially and really desperate to get it working. We were thinking maybe a firmware issue or maybe something with the ink volume control board thing..our other printer doesn’t have one of those so we aren’t familiar with it and can’t find any material on its usage. It has a little blue button on it and we aren’t sure what it’s intended for or how to properly use it. We have regular dampers with no chips… if you could please help us we are desperate. We would be forever grateful

could this be used with UV prints?

Has anyone fixed the optical sensor? This thing is an aggravation. It's supposed to free you up to do other things but I have to stand and babysit it or it will reel the film and a pile of DTF glue right into the oven. I have cleaned the sensor with sensor cleaner and antistatic. It works great for less than three pages then it's off to better off doing it manually land. If anyone has the actual fix I would be eternally grateful!!! Right now this thing is just a POS in my shop, not earning it's keep. 🤬 ~Please forgive my cross post.

I’m having issues when I’ve cut the media and it feeds into the powder at the end it folds in on itself and then when it comes out of heater the last ones don’t cure enough and get stuck to the previous ones
