What are those kind of pipes called ??
There are two types of bag pipes the one played under the arm is called Ulliean and these are Pibrauht
These are German Backpipes, also called "Marktsack"
@@brianbitannus Do you play these, by any chance or know if they play the same as Highland bagpipes? Can they be bought online?
@@upanchor The differenz comes down to the presure and fingering. They usualy use the German Fingering that can be found in many recorders. You must find someone who builds these pipes. They can't bought in a regular shop or something.

Sounds like the bag pipe folk music from Galicia, North West Spain, celtic roots
They are from Belgium.
I am Irish but apparently there are many people with surname Moran in Galicia .
