Companies House makes interesting reading. A formal complaint has been submitted from me to Trading Standards as they are breaking several basic laws. They allow direct contact, then refuse when they know it's a complaint. They are a gang of crooks who hide. A proper company would stand by their products. Sky Pet Products don't, and for me, Lee (Gardiner) needs to take a lesson in Customer Service, Product standards and general attitude. They have tried to cut too many corners and the internet, social media and official bodies are on to them. No doubt they will have a new name soon, like all bad businesses, they rebrand to hide a bad past. Sky, you have a chance to make good products in a niche market. Sort yourselves out. In the meantime people, AVOID !

Vertical bars are not good for climbing, rats would prefer them horizontal. For this reason alone I bought a different brand.

No people should stop advising small cages it can cause stress for your pets SO THIS CAGE IS REALLY BAD!!!!!

rabbits don't belong in that.

hamsters need at least 450 sq. in. of unbroken floor space, and room to burrow. This cage provides neither.

Don’t get this cage. It’s tiny that nowhere near the minimum recommend space for a hamster. Just because it’s got 3 floors and tubes doesn’t make up for the fact that each layer on has around 150sq inch of floor space.

this isn’t good for any pet!!! the living space wouldn’t meet any requirements, it’s way to small

I bought this cage because it looked fairly big for my Syrian then when I bought it it was tiny when I try to take it apart to clean it it falls all apart don’t buy it
