Body language, actions are a red flag for me. I cant see how any of that is ruled out. Cell phones track everything. Even my phone tracks on a map through google or yahoo.

Agreed 100%. I actually parent those voices. I see them with developmental ages, understand why they'd say what they do, accept the feeling, but behave in an adult way. For me, that is critical. This also works when someone else also says outloud what the insecure voices say. When you know the context of its origin, that person external to us no longer has the same power in our lives. Good stuff.
