The Bot drop dropping only Troopers mean, its very very low Difficulty, Maybe 1 or 2. As Difficulty rises u do get a lot , a lot FPS drop, so pls test settings on at least difficulty level 6 :/

If you would use lossless scaling the game could be played at 60fps or even 70 using the 2x mode latency is an issue but if you know how to change your PC settings you can make it better I have a Rtx 3050 laptop with a I5 11300h 16gb ram and been enjoying the game at 70fps on a mix of low and high

Your Temps are a bit high my brother, get a cooling pad or tilt your laptop up a bid, or better yet clean your laptop, gaming laptop user myself with a 3060 and I get 50-60 C on the GPU and 50-60 on the CPU, geting 90+ Celcius repeatedly will frie your system. Update your Drivers as well that will smooth things out, nice video though!
