With larger tires on Wranglers it make it harder to find the right platform rack to put on the back. Hope this helps.

Lumina XL pull behind motorcycle trailer review
I just stumbled upon this video. Do you still own it? Do you still like it? Thank you in advance.
Hello, I sold it a little bit ago and got just about what I paid for it. The trailhead a great asset if you do some serious traveling and camping. Worth every penny.
Thank you brother
Can that trailer be shipped to Canada???
Stephen Burridge my guess would be yes.
Keep us posted how this trailer handles in a cross wind or passing big rigs on the interstate. Thanks
Thanks for the video; been looking at this model used and discovered for a few more hundred I could buy a new one. The open seams bothered me and I would prefer a framed box for more stability. Overall I like the trailer.
Well sure don't want to leave batteries in for the LED's they last a week. Also had to hot glue the strip in the trailer stock adhesive did not hold.
Bruce Kennedy I would disconnect the pack when not in use. Also carried extra set of batteries. I wiped down the surface I was sticking to real good with alcohol to remove any oils
Yes I am removing one battery now as that saves them. I wiped down surfaces as well and even clamped strip over night. But whenever I stopped on a ride the strip would be on the floor. Maker said hot glue is safe for the strip so went that route last weekend.
These look awesome, Leo!
TheUSATrailerStore , thanks!
Not a problem at all!
Great idea!!
LEO I know you have had your trailer a while now, I just got mine. I wanted to share something I did to mine. I don't care for the sharp edges along the lid and on the outside of the fenders so I bought and installed Cowles Customs T5602 rubber edging material sure makes it nicer on the hands and shins.
I have received the LED strip kit and waiting for the trailer. Question: did you have any issue bending the LED strip at a 90 degree and applying inside the lip on the trailer. Just holding in my hand with adhesive strip on top it certainly seems difficult to bend in that way. Of course in other direction it bends but not very easily in other axis. And is the adhesive still holding well?
Bruce Kennedy when it came to the corners I had go around them 90 degrees to the way they were in the straight parts so the lights shined towards the outside corner of that makes sense. The sticky backing laid on the inside sharp corner. As for sticking, only a couple spots came loose. I thought about clear silicone and go every 8" and spot glue it in place. Just a thought.
Ok that makes sense aim the lights outward. I would buy dbl sided 3m tape for automobiles instead of glue myself thanks for the response there is a clear silicon glue available to.
Well I have the batteries in and all functions work with exception of the one I will want to use most WHITE, not responding to pushing "W" on remote so I e-mailed the company. When pushed I get all colors at once on strip. Guess I should have ordered the 5050 not the 3528 kit my bad mine has no white only.
New w/white strip arrived and is installed what a neat option, thanks for giving me the idea.
Try this. www.coloradohulahoops.com
I went to my Amazon and ordered it no problem thanks
Like that will have to order for my new trailer thanks for sharing. For some reason the information on the card gets a privacy error every time I google their site. www.coloradohulahoops.com
Why not use the swivel coupling?
Bruce Kennedy, I found the coupling I had extended the trailer back almost an extra 10 inches. That was a little too long for my liking. Good concept but I prefer the standard hitch style.
I just ordered the 14 cu ft Lumina although I was not intending on spending that much by buying the Buddy XL. But with shipping cost for the Buddy and the swivel ball they recommended I was within $150 of the next one up w/ free shipping and coupler. Can't wait to use on my trip in June.
Bruce Kennedy very cool!! If you want to haul alot, this is the one. Our 15 street glide special only lugged down on major hills in South Dakota. Other than that, all was great. Enjoy!
I used a clear automotive silicone sealant to fill a few seams. As far as towing goes, we had no complaints. We used it to go to Sturgis Rally for 8 days. We had more than enough room. Balance wise, if you put a cooler on the front, be sure and check tongue weight to prevent from making the front too heavy. We pulled the trailer with a 2015 Street Glide Special with a stock 103" motor. No issues for towing. One thing I would strongly suggest doing is have the tires balanced. Night and day difference.
Pondering this trailer and stumbled on your video. What sealant did you use when you sealed things up better? What are you thoughts on the trailer - now that you've had it 6 months or more? What do you tow it with? Thanks!
