Hi thank you for this information, do you have a video link for the double pedal regressive?
I do not. That exercise is rarely used. I mostly only use it if someone experiences pain with the hip flexion associated with the higher positions. Usually with rolls under the lumbar and neck.
Hi! If I have bursitis & pain (fairly constant) in 1 hip, (R), does that tell me which to do, single or double pedal? Also, If I try a month or join the PostureStrongCoaching, will I be able to work with you or will it be someone else? Thank You.

I almost always start with the single pedal. But symptoms don’t make the determination unless they cause pain in the single pedal position but not the double pedal. Posture makes the determination typically.
I find you so inspirational since I listened to the video where you shared that you USED to be in a w/c! You are really amazing sir. I share your channel specifically with any & all that I know who need or needed a w/c. (usually from MS/Lyme) Thank You for all you are doing.

I did hella mushrooms and i got cervical instability and started a jaw clenching habit so i guess it goes both ways. I do have friends that have benefited from psychedelics but it depends on their state of mind. when i started tripping my mind was really fucked up do to personal reasons and it really sort of threw my life off track.
@@orrca3083 I’m sorry to hear that happened to you! Yes, there are absolutely risks with any psychedelic. More so at high doses. For this reason along with many others, my technique is designed to work with starting doses well below the average so-called “recreational” dose. Every single high dose psychedelic experience could be considered as an experiment with n=1, as there is no way to begin to predict the outcome. At lower doses, effects are not nearly as erratic, though there is still variability in subjective, qualitative effects. It is wise to exercise comprehensive risk mitigation and planning with psychedelics in order to raise the safety profile to acceptable levels for treating chronic pain.

I’d take exercise science more seriously from someone who regularly practices exercise.
You should have seen me when I was 425 pounds and in a wheelchair and my doctors thought I’d never walk again after breaking my back. The amount of exercise and discipline it has taken me to get here has been monumental. But I agree 100% that I have a ways to go!

@@vladkosovan1223 I’ll be using this style of breathing for combining with various movements. It is useful for increasing range of motion incrementally, with is my main purpose for introducing it, as I mention in the video about tomorrow’s video.

I’m working on your tennis elbow menu. This felt so good. Thanks. I just wonder if I should still be doing the pigeon toe if I have also have knee / hip pain and naturally internal rotation of femor? Thanks for any info.
Doing the internal position will help build more bilaterally equal function in internal rotation.
@@jayterra2060 also, the internal position takes tension off the hip flexors, allowing the lower back perform its job better, which helps the shoulders do their job better.

I do the progressive supine groin stretch about three it more times a week. It is awesome. Each time and each leg is a study into itself. Awesome!
The tower on 🍄🟫 is even more amazing. Beyond that, I was almost certainly the first person to ever use this device on DMT. Each first time I use the posture tower on a new psychedelic it has been one of those moments where I can clearly define my life having a line that separates all moments before and after it.

Is it wrong or bad to do more than is indicated please?
Not wrong or bad to do more, BUT only to a certain extent. It is possible to overdo it and cause unhelpful soreness for several days. But long before you reach that point, the law of diminishing returns will set in and you’ll simply be wasting time. The most important changes are happening to the body schema models in your brain, and your brain can only grow new connections so quickly. The changes to your musculature are secondary to this change in the brain in terms of mechanisms of action. Read my book that comes out this coming Tuesday for more information about this topic.

Hi again! So my DIY tower(couldn't get my hands on the product in Europe) is nearly finished . Now I am asking myself, if - in the supine groin stretch one foot is fixed centered like it should, what's about the second legs foot on the chair, shouldn't this also be centered? I have this condition where both feet are angled outward..
In most cases we’re letting the other leg relax completely. There is a modification where you can put that foot against a wall to stabilize the leg for going into deeper hip flexion on that leg. But I typically only use that under supervision I’ve put myself into severe spasms going too deep on that one before. The only posture therapy exercise where I ever even came close to hurting myself permanently. You could try that with hips and knees at 90 degrees instead of the deep flexion. But I can’t think of a good reason to do so initially.

wow what an interesting Take! when you would have to analyze, of which percentage each you consider egoscue vs psychedelics in your healing process?
There is a LOT of nuance to that answer. Ive never even really tried to give it a percentage. Posture therapy did absolutely amazing things for me. In terms of mobility gained, it was at least 90% responsible. I can say that I’d be dead with the mushrooms though. I couldn’t take that pain. The psychedelics allowed me to take care of the remaining 80% of my pain problems that persisted long after I could walk again. In some ways my pain got worse the more I was physically able to move. So long story short, you’ll have a better idea after reading the book!
