Need to press the top dialog option, in order to prompt this so-called Acheron secret ending. 2. Even if you select the lower option along the conversation with Acheron, you can always "retry" the conservation again with her, after the game brings you back to the initial conversation. Either it should unlock after the completion of Main Story Quest "Huanglong 1 Act 2: Echoing Marche", as Guidebook unlocked after this story done, or maybe unlock after done Main Story Quest "Huanglong 1 Act 3: Ominous Star", as Guidebook unlocked more features like got daily missions, similar to Genshin's Katheryne's Daily Commissions & Star Rail's Daily Training, resets everyday. Hope it's helpful for u.

Hii, I think Yae Miko will be around the stage area at Day 1 for Itto's event, after you completed the 1st part of the story, by accepting Itto's invitation to his music festival. This morning I can't find them anymore after I log back into the game despite I didn't continue to do any Itto's event story progress or do any other Itto's event side minigames (like the OSU music mini-games, take photos & fight different enemies). After I completed the 2nd part of Itto's event story, I also can't find back Yae Miko :( Hopefully for future Genshin events we can see back Yae Miko XD
