OK, here is how I fixed it for now. I guess it's something to do with time data in eBay account that not match to the last time I used on browser. Not sure how long this trick will work but it's working for now. First, close eBay browser on laptop and Shutdown laptop if you use in on labtop. Then open eBay app on phone. Check on eBay app if it's not working too then off eBay app. After that open the phone setting and go to change Time & Date in phone setting. Turn date back to yesterday. *Don't waste your time try to find the way to change Time & Date on eBay app or website* Open eBay app on phone again (in my case, my phone shown me "warning popup" to tell me to set my time back to normal before I can click anything on eBay app. So I just swipe close eBay app and turn my time setting back to normal. After that I restarted my phone). If you can open eBay app without warning popup but it's still not working, set time back more one day and just restart your phone without open eBay app. Open phone again and make sure you set time back to normal. Open eBay app and it should be working. *Don't open eBay on laptop browser without clean your browser cache first*

Ghost immobiliser, steering lock or driveway lock would do the trick. A good old steering lock on display is enough to stop thieves even trying

Waited on pickup yesterday to return parcel said between 12pm to 5pm. 4.30pm and still no DHL went out to mow front lawn at front of my house came back in at 5.00pm called them they said driver was at front of house 4.45pm. I think I would have spotted them. Lie and are shocking customer service
