Wilhelm Zehle – Viscount Nelson [British march]
This march was written in 1900 by the German composer Wilhelm Zehle (1876-1956) for a march composition contest, sponsored by Hawkes and Son. With this march, named after the famous British admiral Horatio Nelson 1758-1815), Zehle won the contest.
Performed by the Royal Marines Band Service.
The accompanying painting of Horatio Nelson was made by the English artist Lemuel Francis Abbott (1760-1803).

Is it just me or did it seem like the preussen lockmarsch was going to play at the beginning?
I assume you're referring to the flute music? I think that can be found in multiple marches, as for intance I've also heard recordings of the Königgrätzer Marsch beginning with flute music.

A bit of searching says that there are several, though they may be a bit difficult to find. For instance on the CD "14 populaire marsen ; vol.3" by Koninklijke Philharmonie Bocholtz. Apparently there is also one on the LP "De Amsterdamse Politiekapel".
As a dutchman this is one of my favorite it sounds beter than the Huzarenmars

Great grandfather and great great grandfather were in the royal dut h navy in Indonesia ww2. Older one was captured by the Japanese and tortured to death and the younger one was commander of a fleet of decommissioned ships that he was ordered to surrender to Germany. Germany treated him very well. I'm soon going to join the US navy. I'll make them proud!
