hello ashish sir i am a big fan of yours and watch each one of your podcasts and videos but then i disagree with your statement that restaurant chains end up using different softwares for billing for inventory and for zomato/swiggy integrations etc.many software brands are present in today's market which have all these features.i run a fast foods cafe and i am using petpooja pos for my billing,inventory,integrations and it works really well.i didn't bought posist bcoz i wasn't sure that the premium of 5/6 times you guys are charging at present than petpooja is worth it or not or how would that premium transform into extra benefits/profits for me.

Over a decade ago, I discovered Asian Haus, at its inception. It was near a large Coaching Instt where I dropped off my kids. Food was good...but ridiculous and rude staff. Reluctance to accept orders of home delivery, phones unattended, 2 hour delays, spillage of food inspite of extra packing charges...I stopped when a chicken dimsum had an entire crumpled plastic enclosed.... . Seeing that the restaurant was still in service, I ordered again last month. Same story. Nothing has changed. Amma's Haus was the worst. Raita spilt over from the shallow container, fish stored in formalin gave a preserved taste. Food tasted horrible. Mr Naidu ...your business needs supervision. Can not imagine how you kept it afloat for this long.
