We camped at Lake Louisa State Park because P3 has a Segway Tour concession there. Nat Hab flew us from Homer to Bear Camp on Northwind Aviation’s 7 passenger 1964 De Havilland Turbo Beaver. Despite rainy conditions, we crossed Cook Inlet to Lake Clark National Park with a sightseeing run around Lliamna Volcano before turning to Chinitna Bay and landing on the beach in front of our tented bear camp. Really enjoyed this! Is "egg rock" the same as "eastern egg rock"? Because I've been there....
As near as I can tell, Eastern Egg Rock is south and ironically west of Egg Rock. Both are in Maine. While Egg Rock only has a lighthouse on it, it looks like Eastern Egg Rock has at least a Hilton.

This was a trip of a life time. So amazing. Captain Andrea Kosto pointed out the water mammal and the guides the land mammals, retiles and birds during the walk and hikes. The plant life was so fantastic. Wish my eye was as good as Bobs camera eye. Miss my Uncruise family after departing back to the USA. I hope we will cross paths again. You have to just do it to experience the life on board Uncruise. Food was wonderful and the priority was on safety and learning while having a fun time.
Mama was keeping her eye on Dad she didn't let him hold the baby too long if you'll notice he's like a little toddler human he's fighting sleep he's tired so you won't be still 😂

Alligator Alley has been closed since hurricane Irma (Sept'17)
At first, Alligator Alley reopened from Heron Hideout up to where the trail curved along side Lake Hancock. Unfortunately, while it was closed immediately after Hurricane Irma, the gators found it to be acceptable high ground for sunning. After some hikers were "trapped" by sunning gators,, the trail was closed back to Heron Hideout.
