    Namaste ITSM is a very broad field and some of the popular frameworks are a) ITIL 4.0 b) MOF 4.0 c) COBIT 2019 d) TOGAF 10 th Edition e) FITSM f) Lean IT g) SRE Any individual who is into service delivery would benefit by exploring all the frameworks and adopting a fusion of multiple frameworks , taking the best of each for the particular implementation For instance for a small scale operation, ITIL 4 may be resource intensive and thus a mix of ITIL 4 and Lean may work better Thanks

    Please be prepared well before recording with examples, concepts, explanations etc to avoid frequent aaa aaa aaa while speaking. Too much aaa aaa aaa makes it very unpleasant to listen. Be very fluent when you speak. Avoid too much "right " "right". Better not to use "Right" at all... Be precise and concise as per your long experience. Also make sure your audio level is consistent... Audio should not go up down. Have ppt also to make your videos informative, attentive, memorable etc. Full screen videos on laptop are better than mobile screen display. Thank you.
