When I was young a guy I knew had a bike that rode with wheels at an angle like that but fixed in one position. It had been hit by a car and bent the frame. He said it rode OK but steered a bit funny. The rear wheel was about a foot out of line with the front.

It looks interesting to go upstairs, but not so safety to go downstairs.

What you need is this going straight up on a handrail which resembles a shiny fireman’s pole. So like how the fireman slides down the pole, but the person would slide up and arrive through a circular opening upstairs.
