Could you elaborate more on why stating that a culture is inferior to another is considered racist? For instance, if I make $10k and you make $2k, that makes me superior financially, yes or no? If I have sexual partners than you, this might be indicative that I am more attractive to women than you, or vice versa. (These are just examples.) This means that I am superior to you in this aspect. If I have a Harvard degree with distinction and you do not, well, then I have a superior education to yours. Now, culture is a term that encapsulates many aspects of life. That is why it is so hard to give a proper definition that will satisfy everyone. Let's say, for the sake of argument, that culture encapsulates economy, politics, technology, art, and so on. Now, also for the sake of argument, let's try to compare U.S. culture and another one in a very speculative way. Which of these two exports more culture to the world? Where is there more freedom of expression without fear of persecution? Which of these two countries contributes more to the heritage and legacy of this world? Who will be more remembered, and who is more dominant and influential?

He is not saying that the people are inferior, when you say that people are inferior that's rasist, he is pointing blantantly at the system, in other words saying "look, this system has worse performance than ours, which we can measure using different metrics" which makes it superior, isn't it?
