Currently I am using an Indian Oil Axis Bank credit card, which was converted from CITI Bank to Axis Bank. Now I made a transaction of 3255.47 and as per the statement, it shows 3293.88. Also got a Surcharge reversal entry of 32.58 but still missing an entry for GST reversal of 5.83. In my previous bank, CITI bank reversed all surcharge and GST, but in Axis bank only surcharge is reversed, and GST or tax on surcharge can't be reverted back to the customer. They charged 18% on fuel surcharge and never returned back. So fuel filling got expensive to me by using this credit card now. Now my question in this situation is, Kotak Indian Oil Credit Card, how to handle these transactions. Is they returning back GST on the fuel surcharge, or they don't show the surcharge in their statement? Please reply back for taking a decision.

Hi I recently subscribe you. And i am very impressed with your explanation. But i have some questions regarding this video. Please try to answer my question. 1. I recieved my money back+ lifetime free credit card in master varient but I want convert in rupay varient so what is the procedure?? And after converting into rupay it will be lifetime free or not?? 2. If I done a UPI transaction of less than of 150 on merchant QR still I get cash points??( Like if i do 3 transaction of 100 ruppes in a day , so will I get 4 cashpoints or not??) 3. If I pay through UPI to a friend normal account (not merchant ) so still i get cash points?? 4. If i buy a product from Flipkart on EMI and my monthly emi is 4000 rupees so i earn 200 CP, not so?? 5. and what is mean by "Flipkart purchase reversal 4,500 10X CashPoints -600 To be considered under reversal of Cashpoints." (I saw this in a hdfc term in condition page) Why -600 CP from total CP earned ( like i earned 2000CP monthly but for this i will get only 1400) Please please try to answer my question.

Sir thanks for this update, Sir I have Platinum Master Icici card, recently I have been offered Rupay Icici free life time card, which I shall get today, Sir I mobile app has connected my Platinum Icici card Expenditure Statement, Limit with this Coral Rupay credit card, why same expdt/limit. I have not used so far this coral virtual card. How payment mode for expdt will be. Kindly guide both are credit Cards life time free.
