I've always really loved Arjen Anthony Lucassen's version of Welcome to the Machine. I like heavy twist he put on it. So I though of making an AI video on it. If you like Arjen's music here, I strongly suggest you take the plunge into his musical world, mostly if you like progressive rock and metal, with a dash of traditional Irish style instruments, and Sci-fi. Especially, experience how Ayreon world, as well as his Star One albums.

Really cool! I love it. Muted colors and mysterious visuals, works perfectly with the guitar work. Seems that Deforum folks are being utilised more and more for music video, and quite right too, Deforum is a great tool and Paul Levine's style just fits it perfectly. I wasn't familiar with Pauls work until today but will be checking out his stuff if its on Spotify or elsewhere

Hey! Thanks for watching! Well, first you have to learn how to use Stable Diffusion, and then you have to learn how to use an extension for it, called Deforum. There are many videos on these on YT. BTW, I may be behind on the current tech and trends. Things evolve too quickly in AI world...
Us guitar players aren't supposed to believe in the best ever but in the case of Gary i would have to say yea he was just that. Great job on this .Gary Moore was a fine treat. No matter what song, you can choose that as you can't pick a bad track, he didn't know how to play badly only righteously baddass.🎸🔥

Another AI masterpiece Vince but you already know that & any fans even slightly doubtful of your AI skills went out the dark window as they are awesome as hell. one of Opeths many masterworks must have hit the right prompt because we are in the Forest with them & this place is as one commenter put it inside of Blackwater Park. These guys are going the raise the roof off the Warner Theater this OCT. 2024. I will be there as tickets are already mine. Got to love those dual leads & that devastating power run right after them, that's true Progressive Death Metal 100% POWER!!!

@@vallaindigital I have no doubt's it will & the Warner Theater is i think the last of the great 70s venues in Washinton DC. They will love playing there & i can't wait to see them. Vince i can bet there will be folks glued to their cell phones so at some point it will end up for all to see & hear on YT. I myself will be glued to the stage & i need no cell to hold up for 2 hours as i am old school where you go to visualy watch& not take in the show through the tiny lens of a phone. Not what concerts are for & as a musician i personally prefer it that way.

Hi Vince, seems no matter how many times i watch this i continue to see things i missed & i have to say once again you outdid yourself on this as they mix just like one masterpiece on top of another. I can't wait to see them as i have tickets now when they play the Warner Theater in Washington DC in Oct. & i sure am wishing for them to play this composition, & with the new drummer it would be something better than any drugs. Foxtrot...on an 8 track, blasting this stuff doing my calls in my company car doing my sales rep job around the UK in the early 70's....what an album that was...This was superb, the art fit the music perfectly, and the intro lends itself to imagining the characters visuals.....well done....

Just curious if anyone knows, how does one do videos like this and not get video removed due to copyright with song?
I can answer you, from the best of my knowledge... It depends on what the claimant allows. When an existing song is used like this, most of the time the claimant will put a "copyright claim" on it, but will still allow to music be used (when you see a section under the description area with the album cover and artist/song name, then it's been claimed). The claimant will want to do this, because then, any (all or a percentage? I do not know because this channel is not monetized) revenu goes to the claimant. See it as free publicity for them. Me, I put hours of work, but get nothing from it. But I do it for fun, experience, and the positive comments, plus exposing anyone to great music is always a plus (and in a way also, I don't mind if the artists gets a little more in their pocket from my content - a way for me to contribute). The other possibility, is that a claimant will put a "copyright strike" on your video. That one is bad, and the creator will have to do everything to have the strike removed, along with the video. Three strikes, and your channel gets taken down. Personally, I don't understand the desire to put a strike on content unstead of a claim, for reasons I explained about what a claim does. But what can I say... They don't want the extra exposure? Well too bad for them. Anyway, I hope this clears it up for you. I'm sure some people find ways to get around this and are able to profit from it, but it is not the case here.

That is a great point. It was actually my primary goal, but it looks like I differed from it along the way. But it's true that it's cooler to see a video for a song that doesn't already have one...

Many thanks for the kind comments! Yes, feel free to look at previous videos I have made, for sure! The further back you go, you will notice the videos are less sophisticated. I had less practice back then. But they are still good. Also I was experimenting with various music genres... Your suggestion has been noted. You are not the first one to suggest it ;) . I have never noted the time I have put to make my videos. However, I could estimate that The Grand Conjuration probably took upwards of 25 hours. What takes the longest is the editing, that's where my work is mostly. Cheers!
