2:20 I have tried for hours to make the floor. When I bevel it the end of each section is not correctly made. They don't have the blue edges anymore. I tried recalculating normals, merging each verticle together, removing by doubles etc.

this is a great tutorial! but every time I try pressing tab and go to 'edit mode', my screen keeps freezing. I thought it was something wrong with my settings but the strange thing is my blender only freezes when I go to 'edit mode', and works when I'm in 'object mode'. Is there perhaps a way to fix this?

Tran, I have been wanting to be a 3D artist for decades and never took the plunge. I found an Instagram reel where someone mentioned this tutorial (the bedroom one actually, but I had to start simpler), and after working on this for a few hours I already feel 500% more confident in the program. To newbies I highly recommend enabling CC, setting the video to .50 speed, and disabling audio for ease of going back! I hope to share mine once I finish. Thank you again for all of your tutorials!

How to make leafs starton the curve? My starts in the middle of my curve and it looks ridiculous.

i got my first crash following this part! i feel like i finally graduated into 3d hobbiest also, i know this is very old but i have an issue: for some reason when i make the sink, and only the sink specifically, blender decides that even a .1 weight will change the whole model back to the non-subdivided version and i have no clue on why it does it, the only way i found to solve it was to remove clamp overlap on the bevel modifier and reduce the amount to .1 so it works with 1.0 bevel weight doing this does fix the issue but does not allow me to understand what i was doing wrong in the first place and why it doesn't happen with literally anything else there were 2 times i managed to make it work without modifying said settings

I'm not sure why but my subdivision doesn't work like yours. I mean, when I extrude monitor there is a circle that i have to change with loop cut or just take off the subdivision surface
