I will be very happy to know the official guidelines of secondary TB prophylaxis. Does every PLHIV get just one 6 month period of IPT in his/her lifetime, or should we provide a 6 month of INH after completion of every episode of ATT with 2IP+4CP.
What is the right time to perform Pericardictomy when CPP is detected? Isn't it too early to perform in just 1-2 months?
For how much months we should use steroids in pericardial TB ??
