40 days??? My oral b batter lasts only 3. And it’s only a few years old!

Rubbish brush. Doesn’t clean teeth nearly as well as sonicare or oral b. After 2 months the led lights stopped working. Hello Pam, I wanted to send some better photos of the issue with the shears. The first four are the bad side, and the fifth is the good side as comparison. It is very easy to see the missing edge of the blade spine. Not only is this an aesthetic defect, it would be a concern for the strength of the blade. It really is important that you understand this was just one purchase we made for Ernest Wrights Shears, but they were all purchased to be heirlooms. Because of this point, it is truly disappointing that these are not what we expected. Also, please express these concerns to the people in quality control. Thank you for your patience while I heard back from Neil and Paul. They have both asked how the scissors cut, as you have not mentioned that at all. They both understand that on the outside blade there is an inconsistent grinding line, but these ones passed quality control because they do not see that as a defect. It is handmade and each and every pair will have it’s own look and feel. This does not and will not affect the cutting action of the scissor. This pair is unique to you, but as you are not happy with the aesthetics of your scissors, we can offer you a replacement pair, the next batch of which should be ready within the next 2 weeks, or we can offer you a refund. Do you have E. Wright scissors for cutting ir trimming human hair?

I own a pair of their stork scissors and they are a joy to own and use. I saw the original news story and lusted after the stork scissors for my cross stitch/embroidery work for many years- I then was given some money as a Christmas gift and decided to treat myself to a pair of them. It was worth the wait! I use them every day (multiple cuts) and they have never dulled or given me issue. I think anyone who does any type of craft should have a great pair of scissors... I hope they never go out of business- they are amazing!

Would have been good to see you using them. Apart from that I did buy a pair of the Stork scissors which were beautifully made but I never got to use them (long story) I think it's time I treated myself to another pair !

Great work! But know that shoes should NEVER be thrown away! The ones that are too worn out, broken, etc to donate because they simply cannot be worn anymore, can be RECYCLED instead! There are materials in some shoes, sneakers especially, that won't disintegrate for thousands of years! But they can be recycled! Never ever throw shoes in the trash!

Emotional attachment is for me one of the hardest hurdles to overcome when decluttering.

I just cut my shoe collection down from 67 to 53! Sounds like it might be time for another go at the shoes.
