Here’s how to replace the keys on the korg sp-250. I left the struggle in so you can see that even though I know how to do it, problems arise. Happy repairing! #electronics #korg #sp250 #synthrepair #keyboard

New project dubbing life with synthesizers! In the video I used a Moog Mother 32. The possibilities of using synthesizers for sound design is inspiring and seemingly endless. Thanks for watching, let me know what you think! IG: synthusiastgr
I have keys on my CP4 that are playing improperly, responding to Velocity as if they are being hit hard when they are not. I took the keybed out hoping to be able to clean the contacts but can't see a way to do that. Do you know how to get to the keybed contacts for cleaning? Thank you
Can you do a video on how you disassembled the piano? Getting a little crackle in our speakers and we want to check them out.
How did you get the old ones out though?
Hi, I have a CP4, the middle C# is a little bit loose. Its not as secure as the others and wobbles a little bit. Is it a complicated fix? what do I need to do to tighten it up`?
Watch the video. He explains why it’s loose and how to fix it at 2:52
Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. CP4 is one of the greatest boards IMO. It's certainly worth the effort to keep any CP4 working properly. Much appreciated to have posts like this to help with its longevity. Thanks again!
Where did you buy the spare keys? I have one busted E key but it costs so much money to send it to Canada. If possible, could you share a link to where you bought yours? That way, if I do get it shipped all the way up here, I can be sure it is the correct part.
Hey! I usually just use Syntaur for replacing keys. syntaur.com/keyboard.php?brand=15&keyboard=271&submit=Go
@@synthusiastgr thanks I’ll check it out! In the meantime, I made a sort of ligament out of green tape that is holding it in place surprisingly well. I was quite proud of my DIY fix!
@@MattSilvermanMusic Hey if it works then let it ride!
