You people do realize that when you start out you're not going to make the money guys do with experience right. Its rough when you first start out no matter where you go. You cant come into an industry expecting to make bank being a rookie. Plus they have 1k minimum a week now, for those slow weeks. 😂

To anyone thinking of driving for these big carriers, you need to ask yourself. If this company is as good as the recruiters are telling you, why are there so many trucks sitting in their terminal? They aren't going to have 50 trucks sitting there because of maintenance or drivers time off. The answer is the industry in general is nothing but liars, thieves and it's all ran by grifters. IF the companies are so great to work for, WHY are they always hiring? Turn over rate is @ 95%> Do your research.

You cannot make in two months what people make who have been driving for years. You have to build up to it. Yeah you can get lucky and get a good job. BUT and that's a big but. A smaller company may pay well, but if something happens you may be out of a job before you know it. What may be a minor bump in the road for an actual company can be earth shattering for a family business. If things go south for awhile someone like ST can hold there breath and come out the other side of it. A small mom and pop if they have to take a 20% reduction will cut you out before they risk their family,home,livelihood etc.
