Good tip. Didn't think about removing the battery.

I have the same brake handle. The rear brake lights and motor interrupt aren’t working on that side. Is it the hall switch? I’ve taken it out and I can’t see anything missing. Could I have lost a magnet?

I absolutely love my bike and I get to workout yet enjoy my ride, I know that the bike is best at 250lbd yet I pull my granddaughter and myself and a trailer and I do around 417lbs and hardly use my battery!!

This worked when I first got my bike, brakes were solid. During a ride one of my motor wires got disconnected and I could not find the break in the wire so my buddy towed my on his 4 wheeler. Trying to keep tension on the strap so i don't get jerked around, I held the brakes going flat or downhill. Over time of doing that my brake pads where smoking like snoop and I the feeling on the break levers went from tough tension to soft and my brake levers bent from halfway to all the way back and I lost my brakes. After changing the brake pads and tightening the brake levers screw as shown in this vid, my front brake lever still needs to bend all the way back to even slight brake. Sooooo what did I do 😑

Yep, I had mine for going on a second year. Probably have to replace the battery. It doesn't hold a charge like it used to. Besides that, no problems at all. Great customer service

Great review! I gave $849 for my T42, Black Friday sale, Nov 2022. It's been a great bike. 395 miles now and I upgraded my 11.2AH to 20AH for more range. I've added Lt side rear view mirror, Suntour NCX seatpost and Cloud 9 seat. Also RockBros rackbag w/panniers. Hydraulic brakes work well at coasting speeds over 50mph. T5 is a great upgrade too. I'm 74 yrs old now and going strong!

The red bike gets flat tires easy the hyper scrambler has motorcycle tires and has motorcycle rims. The hyper scrambler is a better option.

We have had no response from them in two years. The website is active, but not sure they are still in business. Shame, great bikes. There is a reddit post about this, and their FB page hasn't responded in two years. Any idea what's going on? We assume they are out of business, hoping someone can service them.

does this actually have a torque sensor or is it a cadence sensor

It is hard to just sit these 2 bikes side by side and compare them. The grizzly is meant for speed and power. The HS2 is meant to ride. The HS2 has hands down the best torque plus cadence sensor on the market. No other ebike combines the two and you can actually turn Torque sensor off if you want though I don't know why anyone would. The grizzly isn't designed to really pedal. Though you can, it sucks. The HS2 is meant to pedal if you like to pedal and is nice. The torque sensor is really smooth. The grizzly is meant to go fast and power up hills. It is meant to use the throttle. The HS2 is meant to use throttle and pedal. If you like to go fast and not pedal then the Grizzly is for you. If you want to pedal and ride to enjoy the ride and look around then the HS2 is for you. These 2 bikes really are a bad comparison as they are meant for 2 different rides. If I wanted to ride fast and get from point A to B then Grizzly. If I wanted to enjoy my ride and use it as a conventional bike then HS2. 2 totally different ebikes.

The biggest feature that is ALWAYS overlooked on the HS2 is the torque/cadence sensor. Now I love to pedal. The grizzly isn't really a bike to pedal, The gearing all the way down to the crank is just for looks, but the HS2 is designed to pedal and the torque sensor is by far a bigger plus than the mirrors, blinkers etc. Juiced is the only one I know of that has both cadence and torque combined. Juiced did have some serious CS problems and around 2020 got so many complaints that it hurt the business but they have fixed that from what I hear from other riders. The downside with Juiced is they have a LOT of parts custom for their bikes. Like the cadence plus torque sensor, the custom built motors housed in the rear wheel by bafang, their controllers and other things. So that being, juiced doesn't maintain parts for when your bike is broke. I know a guy waited 3 months for a new rear wheel with motor. Juiced needs to have a dedicated parts department. If they could get their CS corrected and actually carry spare parts, they would be better than RAD.

Currently there are only four companies NOT using the Chinese drop shipping methods and for the Cost go invest into a near motorcycle grade component list. Stay away from all this new Chinese hot drop o'clock kill you for your money scams.,
