I decided to start this RUclips channel back in March 2024 to see how it goes, and it is continuing to go from strength to strength. I will continue to upload more videos in the future, including live streams, especially of my travels to Croatia, particularly Dubrovnik, as well as to Bosnia, Montenegro, as well as cruises past and present, as I have been on several cruises since 2016 including on my own, as well as with family, and the purpose of this channel and my videos is to give people who have never been, or are thinking of going to the places I have mentioned some information of what to do when there and other places to visit. I have also included information about other places I have been to such as Benidorm in Spain, and to also include any other destinations I plan to go to in the coming months, so please by all means subscribe, comment and like my videos, and of course view the videos as well and feel free to ask any questions. Onwards for more videos :D

Last minute decision made to book a mini break to Albufeira in Portugal as never been before. Update from TUI regarding flight time change for cruise on Marella Discovery 2 in March 2025

Received an email today (Thurs 24th Oct) regarding the flight time out to Tenerife for the cruise coming up in March 2025. The rest of the holiday etc remains unchanged including the flight home.

Amazing thank you! I’ll be in Dubrovnik in November for 4 nights and just noticed using the link you sent posted that passes are much cheaper during off peak times so the 3 day pass is a bargain and will defo be using it and not have to worry about times etc. Will be doing day trips so only planned on being in Old town for 2 days but will defo avail of the discount for Lokhum Island. Thanks again 🤙
For a 1 day pass if I activate it when I visit Fort Lovrijenac at 3pm on a Tuesday can I use the same pass to visit the city walls at 1pm on the Wednesday? Or is it just buses that are 24 hours?
@@marymurphy7548 yes as it’s for 24 hours incl the bus ticket. You can do the walls and fort on the same day if you want to. Buses are 24 hour ticket to with the 1 day pass.

@@marymurphy7548 I have been to Dubrovnik 15 times and I have bought the 3 day pass before, but I usually get the 7 day pass which also gives u 30% off tickets for lokrum island. Last year I had the 1 day pass when we were on Marella Explorer 2 and I didn’t activate the pass till the Thursday when the ship was docked back after our first week, as we were on a 2 week cruise, and I went to the Libertas bus ticket place at the pile gate to activate the pass, as I had bought it online prior to going to Dubrovnik which i always do. Will be posting videos when I go on October 1st so make sure u click the bell and subscribe. When u do the walls without the pass, u get free entry to the fort as well and the ticket is valid for 3 days if you don’t do the fort on the same day as the walls, but also you can go under the minceta tower as well now, and if you do that you can do the walls and fort for free so you do all 3 for €35. There are a lot of steps to get to the tower if you take the street near the monastery opp the fountain in the stradun or go up towards the buza gate half way along the stradun and turn left and follow that street to the end and u get to the tower. You can also get to the cable car through the Ploce gate and buza gates to.

yes there is aircon. You have to put your card in the slot in the room for power. To operate the aircon there is a notice near the lift how to do it. Just watch Alex's video on Mallorca Under The Sun as she stayed at Hotel Sur, and she explains about the air con. Regarding irons, I am not sure about that.
