I just picked one of these up, the international series, Peavey, Strat, all black with a white pick guard. The guy bought a new a long, long time ago, and didn’t play it much. It shows nowhere, no damage, no dents no bumps no scratches… I paid $50 for it. I didn’t even try to talk him down. I did have to spend a couple days because it had fret sprout, which can happen to almost any guitar without binding that overlaps.. I have had five fender Strats.. this plays as good, if not better than any of the five straps I had.. I never really bonded with any of my Stratocaster‘s. That’s why I don’t own any right now. But this guitar for $50, what’s not to love?.. now I don’t have to worry about doing a gig and having a beer bottles, bounce off my guitar or some drunk, staggering up on stage and picking up my guitar to play while we are on break, I’m not gonna worry about it the way I would, if I was leaving one of my Les Paul’s, or one of my Stratocaster‘s up there, which has happened. It happened with my 1959 fender jazz master that I owned since the 60s. I had a beer bottle, bounce off of the strap button at the bottom of the guitar while we were playing. Somebody threw the beer bottle at someone on the dance floor, and it bounced off him, and my guitar…
