Such a fine piece by Canada's finest composer, sung exquisitely.

This is Steven Branyon, Organist/Choirmaster at St. John's Church Savannah. This choir really has wonderful breath control, making the motet as if it is only two long phrases total. To do this with a limited number of voices is even harder to achieve. Congratulations to this conductor and choir!

Wow, what a surprise. When I first saw the size of the choir and orchestra before the music started, I thought there is no way they are going to pull this difficult piece off - but you did! I just wasted an hour listening to another version of this on RUclips with the big orchestra and choir, but you guys are much better. I especially appreciated the sop soloist knowing her limitations and not singing high 'A's' when they are out of her range. Much better to sing a note you can confidently hit.
