My orange boy named Roe, he's absolutely hilarious. He loves to be included. He always sits with the family in the living room while we eat, super hyper sometimes, and even when he's out of the vivarium he genuinely doesn't bother our snake, Orange cats act out of impulse most of the time but they're lovely.

My orange male had splotches in one of his eyes at an early age, and freckles kept appearing on his nose. The vet told me both orange and black cats sometimes develop melanomas. I had an animal eye care specialist perform a laser ablation on his eye. Ten years later, he is still a spry, affectionate 15-year-old. ❤

A friend who has lots of cats says that males are more affectionate. So if there are more male orange cats, more orange cats will be friendly. QED

Oddly enough, I've only come across a single male orange cat. The rest were female. Over a dozen, and three were from a single litter, all three were female. I wonder what the chances are for that.

When I walked into the vet she said “so what’s his name…what did you name him?” I said that I had never had a cat before but I think this is a girl. She told me snuggly that they are always boys. Then found out the same way I did. Mine is named “Shyloh” and she is not friendly and is petite and talkative and very lovable with me and dogs.
