I've been gradually making small changes until I can flat out stop altogether. If I see someone attractive I immediately look away somewhere else. I'm trying to build a foundation that's stable to make the process easier. If I get any urges I go out into nature and go hiking and meditating. I've been practicing consistent meditation for about a year. I've been meditating off and on and doing energy work with periods of consistency lasting from 2 to 4 months for about 13 years. Sometimes I've had bouts of 6 to 8 months of solid meditation. My goal is to do it everyday.
