The FPS is unlocked successfully but the more fps I get the more lag I face, but I changed the game to windowed mode and it works very smooth on 144 monitor, but there is no borderless windowed so it's unplayable, why lag happens in fullscreen?

I love playing with the 120 "locked".

And it doesn’t look any better than my 3060 ti. 😂 That is to say I wish I knew exactly when the improvements are worth the next upgrade jump, because I’m brand new to PCs (gaming) and have had my 3060 ti collecting dust for years until the past couple weeks. Now I’m playing catch up trying to learn all I can about gaming OC hardware since I’ve been a console person all my life.

you can the Texture sharpening activate too. This is awesome. Ingame the NVidia Filter activate, sharp+ and then Texturequality on 100%.
