      Don't let it stress you out. If the white ink is troublesome, you can use another magenta ink cartridge in its place. That'll essentially make it a 20A.

    Simply set your PerfCutContour lines with an offset of -0.001, and you should be able to use PDF without issues. I use this method regularly. This problem has been around for 20 years and still persists because the developers are lazy. This is what someone told me.

      @j.rabbitcrafts 4 месяца назад

      Yes! Thank you for the compliment. I do have the BN2-20A. So when designing holographic stickers, if you want them to really pop, you have to go in understanding that whatever is white in your design will be the holographic vinyl. So you want to strategically use white. You don’t want to have too much of it either because then it’s just too bright and the design gets lost in the shininess.

    The contour setting doesn't change with the existing contour when you resize. Flexi remembers the last contour size setting, if you highlight the sticker artwork and add click the tickmark it will apply a 1" contour. adding a cut contour needs to be the last step made. I have stuffed up a lot of prints because I added a cutline and then made additional edits.

    • @j.rabbitcrafts
      @j.rabbitcrafts 4 месяца назад

      Yes, the contour cut should be applied last. I just wanted to point out that it needs to be accounted for when sizing your final design. It just takes a simple subtraction calculation to figure out the design size and outline/contour cut line width so that your final target dimension is achieved. Thank you for watching.

    hm ... I am thinking to buy one ... are you happy with it? How long is max printing? I need it for car stickers

      It's been great. I don't believe it has a max print length, but for width it's about 18.7 inches. Laminating super long sheets might be difficult if you don't have a really long table. You have to keep the prints dust-free or you'll get bubbles.

      I don’t have the DTF Roland BY-20 printer. Otherwise, I would.

    What cheap laser works?

    • @j.rabbitcrafts
      @j.rabbitcrafts 5 месяцев назад

      I'm not sure. You might be able to get away with a 5w laser. I cut this twill at 50 mm/s at 100% power with a 10w laser. X-tool has a 5w laser for $399.
