I have a year 1995. Deutz 6.81 Tractor equipped with a MWM TBD226BL6 engine. It has a displacement at 7014cm3 with an Power output at 138kW at 2350RPM and 775NM. It came to my attention; there are more than one MWM226B.6 engine. The first one with an displacement at 6200ccm which are used in Fendt, Renault and Deutz tractors plus many other things. There is also one more MWM 226BL6 with a displacement at 7014cm3 which is the one installed in my Deutz 6.81 tractor. Can someone advice were to purchase a overhaul kit including; camshaft and crankshaft or a new complete engine . Please send INFO to my mail: KMAT@Cimbritech.com. BR. Kim T from Denmark.
MWM TD 226 B-6 is used in Deutz-Fahr agrostar 6.71, so maybe look for them, engine swap should be mostly plug and play but B-6 doesn't have intercooler from factory according to manual
@@kasparsvitkovskis8033 Many thanks for your advice Kaspars. The Deutz 6,71 is equipped with the MWM engine TD226b6 with a displacement at 6,2cm3 like the Fendt 615 Turbomagic. I'm told it will not fit my transmission which is a: SAME H6165VDT. FYI. These MWM engines require a Retrofit on their internal oil Lub-Sys. The oil is only coming up in one end of the engine. But I'm shocked it is such a challenge to get parts for a German build tractor equipped with a German build MWM engine??? To be honest I didn't expect this from a German produced Tractor??? Should have purchased another Green tractor made in the US. Here it dosen't matter how old it gets; you can always get spareparts for them. BR. Kim.

Nice video ! How Deutz ? Opinion? How much does reperation motor and transmisson in Deutz? I Heard to much 🤔
Deutz still going strong, I really like it. Can't tell you about repair costs, haven't broke anything serious yet. One issue from factory - too little oil radiator therefore hidraulic tends to overheat. Just needs a bigger radiator.

That plug is for header reverse
