Growing up I realized that all Indian carnivals lack safety standards. I only went to ferris twice in my life, both times the ferris didn't have roof and didn't have gate either and aslo there was no locking mechanism to keep you tied with the seat. Also Indian made carnivals are more dangerous than made in China products. This type of design is not passed in other countries but in India, you don't even need a permit for safe design. If accidents happen, the manager will not be held accountable and get out of the park.
