Thanks bro bro, yeah my hair is around like the 3b type so it grows pretty coil like. This was my favorite set of locs but unfortunately I chopped them lol. On a whole new set atm. I’m planning on never getting my hair anymore tho so my new set is my final set.

I actually just started my new third set of locs with the hook as well. I personally don’t get retwist as I believe free formed roots are the best and strongest roots. When you twist the roots your keeping them in that loose twist stage and are actually counteracting the roots locking process. Roots are never fully locked they say but when left untouched it will form a matted fro like hair at the root. As for frizz, you can maintain that with a palm roll and the hook, but tbh I always say to embrace the frizz. I only started my third set with the hook just to speed up the process because I didn’t wanna go thru the whole journey again, however now that they are started, all I do is separate when needed.

Bro all hair can and will naturally loc over time, texture equals timing. Also many cultures had them from Hindu to Celtic to some native Americn, some African, and even some Asian cultures. One group can not claim a natural forming hair style. Also I am a free man to do as I please, who are you to try and dictate my life, are you jah, are you my father, are you my soul? Dabbing is the healthiest inhalation for the lungs and throat while also being some of the most potent and longest lasting. Only con is taking too hot of a dab lol but when you know what your doing that never happens. Maybe tolerance going a bit up but I still get stoned off joints so. Tbh there isn’t really any cons what so ever. You want to get live rosin to dab for that’s the cleanest extract you can get.

@@leoneforte444Smoking on some “Gods Breath” butter, and I actually like the piece. The only thing *I* personally have a problem with is inhaling WAY too fast. I notice the tip doesn’t stay hot that long, so you have to be a little quicker with it. I’ve sucked more butter through the piece than I’ve smoked 🤦🏼‍♀️ When I started smoking, I was “taught” to take a big hit and hold it as long as you can. And “the more you cough, the higher you get” (yeah, I was/am an idiot lol) I’m almost 40 years old and I STILL have that habit. I just have to learn to control my inhales lol

@@leoneforte444It was the best strain I’ve had so far. It’s hard to describe the taste, it was a good, clean hit. It had that classic lemon aftertaste, but it did have a hint of blackberry. I bought 2.5g from the dispensary about 2 weeks ago, and I still have about 1.5 left. A little goes a long way. I also seek out the ones with the highest THC count. Gods Breath is the highest I was able to find, at 92%.

@@leoneforte444It was really good! 96% THC, lemony aftertaste with a hint of…blackberry? Smooth hits, barely cough at all. I cough hard with flower lol and dabbing with a rig breaks my lungs, too. The nectar collector was a “sweet spot”. Maybe one cough after the initial hit, but that was it. I also have asthma 🤦🏼‍♀️ so any kind of hard coughing can lead me into an attack. This was PERFECT. No double fisting a rig and my inhaler at the same time 😂😂

Bro that’s what I use to say all the time lol and so many people on my first loc journey video were talking mad shit saying it’s not near 3c. so I looked at some more hair charts but all the charts are different in minor ways. So now I just started saying type 3 hair cus idk where tf it lies, but I do believe it’s in the 3b range lol

Tbh the heat didn’t travel up that high especially when using a tiny torch like that, so the clip didn’t melt at all

I only towel rubbed for like a month maybe month and a half, and I’d only do it for like 15-20 minutes a day maybe half an hour an hour at most and not too rough, and I started washing almost immediately, what I do is I’ll do cold water rinses once a week, but only water. On the fourth week I’ll wash with my shampoo, this makes sure I don’t have a sweaty smelly head and It makes sure I don’t get build up from too much shampoo use. Some people like to wool rub for the month with out washing and then after the first month they wash but I personally find water and rising to actually help the locking process, depending on the length of the hair which is why it’s best to wait till your hair is a bit longer to start the process

Oh also I used a wool hat a tan from Rasta empire the website. Get the Rasta one or one similar to it in a different color, the brim ones are nice but the way the other ones are stitched are done nice for rubbing. Unless you got more of the 4 hair than I’d say use the sponge and see how it works

After I washed or cold water rinsed my hair, I would just dry it with a light towel right and then sit in the sun

Yeah it’s not for me, just wanted to try it and see what it was about. Again it may be nicer for others but for me it’s a no go. I can see it being a really good medicine for those it works for but for me just to feel dopey and high I’ll smoke some weed and take some shrooms lol

They are perfectly fine, especially using those tiny torches, it’s perfect for the nectar collector. Also for me I recommend glass or quarts over like metal and stuff any day, just to be a bit cleaner for the lungs and throat
