How long do they last before lifting ? Thank you for posting this!! I’ve been doing my research the past few days on different brands to start with and I can’t decide between Saviland or Azure Beauty, now it comes down to how long they’ll last me as a mom of 3 lol 😂❤

Great video! I bought the same kit you show and applied yesterday, as my first ever dip experience. I like the fact that it builds strength since I have super thin and weak nails. It seems to have turned out well, but I'm confused by the activator. When I shake the bottle, I clearly hear liquid, and it seems to be on the brush, but when applying, I got the sensation that I was applying NOTHING. It seemed like a dry brush applying nothing (I brushed it on my work surface and it left a film so something was there, I just couldn't tell what. Is that to be expected? After top coat, I applied gel polish and cured for color (I'm in love with the chrome powders so the white that came in the kit would not do.)

This tutorial is so helpful! I just tried it and it worked! My nails looks great. The tip about holding your fingers curved down as you file and then holding them further away to check the shape really helped me. Thank you ❤

What is the base revel color you're using here? Your description only says the clear, but it looks like you're using a pink base from Revel. Is it "Bubbly?"

Thanks for explaining it. I have just started using dip powder. I bought a kit on Amazon from Saviland. The two nails I did (my right thumb and middle finger) didn't turn out like yours but I'll admit, I was in a rush and needed to fix two nails. I also didn't have all that was needed like primer, dehydrator, nail buffers and the containers are small. By small, I mean 0.34 fluid ounces small. The kit came with two files and two orange sticks which, I failed at using. Overall, my two dipped nails out thick and clumpy. I think, all, I need is practice.

Will a regular top coat nail polish be okay?? I didn’t know that the activator contaminated the top coat😢. So both of my bottles of top coat completely hardened and I had to throw them away. 😭

I love both of these colors. I was disappointed about my particular Erica powder, as it was not as pink as it had been shown. It was more like an off-white with a subtle pink hue. I need to try tonordernit again and see if it could be more pink like yours. ❤

i didn't get lifting at first but now i do and i do all of these things and it lifts like all the way to half my nail and i hate it i always have to redo my nails at like 1 to 2 weeks when the reason I do dip nails is so I can keep them longer without breaking.

This does not work for me. Acetone dries out ur nailbed like no one's business. There's so many "quick" tips on SM. Rather take ur time and do it the proper way. Cotton balls soaked in Acetone with naipclips or wrap the cotton balls in Aluminium Foil. It's time consuming but best for ur nails

This was such an incredible and detailed tutorial. Thank u so very much. Im eager to learn but nervous to try i been collecting dips for four months i have over 500 dips but im so scared to try. Im also not clearly understanding prep. Like whats the difference between a file n buffer? Dont they both file? And how many grit of the file or buffer do u need for each? How hard do u go? Like how much to file for prep? I have so many questions. Ugh 😩.

I do this 2 remove my manis I file off most of dip and or builder gel... I have a proper soak off bowl it's quickest way 2 remove my Mani well I think so personally 🤔

I put coconut oil in acetone while removing gel polish and it worked really well 👍🏻 my nails are healthy and not damaged!

question for you? i keep seeing lifting about a week after my mani no matter how well i prep the nail and cap the free edges 😢. could it be because my alcohol is only 70%?? do you have any other tips for me
