This cell was designed and built by Nord Robotics. It has increased the productivity from 100 parts per hour to 500 parts per hour. The cell presses the part into place, applies the correct amount of glue, cures the glue and inspects the part with Fanuc iR-vision. www.NordRobotics.com

Cycle time is awful
It's because the parts need a little bit of time to cool down. Everything is adjusted to the tending machine and specifications of the product.
@@uabnordrobotics460 I do this for a living, once the mold opens and parts are on the core it is time for them to come off. The robot is cool, just the plastic process is not good. I can pull a 12 second cycle with a fanuc with an injection molding machine.
@@downbelowu1928 We always do what the client requires us to do :) in this case - client doesn’t need faster cycle. The speed is only one option in the automation with robots - and not always the most important one.
I don't get this R-2000 ic for this operation!
the robot will proceed different sizes of sheets, in this video it takes just the smallest one, this is why it looks little weird.
What software did they use ? Roboguide ?
We work with Roboguide and Sprutcam.

We just got one of these from another division and I am trying to figure out how to use it. I can't seem to get it to run in auto mode ... it always says overspeed or something.
