Hey! Watched your video last night (very good video btw) and i thought i would drop some info again. 1. Helicopter I pretty much warned you about it in the last video but try to find a walkie talkie and add the Emergency Broadcast signal in it. You can find it on radios in houses. The signal is randomized in every world, so if you keep playing on the same one you only need to remember the signal once. 2. Guns Guns like pistols and rifles are pretty much useless without a high aiming skill and reloading. To train these skills, use shotguns against groups of zomboids for aiming and just keep reloading/unloading magazines for the reloading skill. You can use pistols and rifles when you get over 5 in aiming but the higher the better. 3. Patience Saw the moment you got scratched and yeah in one way its because of the game and its controls BUT its also your fault for not being careful and patient when dealing with the zomboids. If one is on the ground and the other one is getting up, back up or push up to the other one so it target locks to it. Ive had my fair share of moments like this and you must learn. Also yeah the game is very unfair at times. I once walked into a house and entered a room full of zomboids right at the door, died instantly. 4. Patience pt. 2 This is something i noticed you were doing, or i guess not doing. When you walk upstairs, enter combat mode right before you transition to the 2nd floor. There is always a chance that there is a zomboid waiting for you right at the steps and it will tear you apart if you are not ready to fight. Same goes for entering buildings through windows, especially garages. Zomboids can hide really well in places you cant see, so just be very careful and be ready to fight any second. 5. Critical hits When zomboids are knocked on the floor or when they try to get up, you can use your weapon for a critical hit that insta shots them (most of the time). No need to keep stomping their brains in, just a quick wack to the head and its done. If you need some more tips and info, feel free to ask bud. May your next character live longer than the last. oh hey i just noticed there's a third episode of this! my only tip this time would be that you don't have to sleep every time you get exerted, you can "rest" by clicking on a bed or chair or just sit on the ground and your exertion will slowly decrease until its gone. this keeps you from having to wreck your sleep schedule every time you get worn out by the afternoon. oh and running also causes exertion so be careful waiting until the the exerted moodle is dark red before you start running away, you might max out and not be able to run anymore until you rest

Having a water bottle in your main inventory will save you the time and heartache of having to run to the nearest sink every hour. Especially if you ever pick the high thirst trait

Hey! Saw your video in my suggested page, watched it and thought id drop a few tips and tricks for ya! 1. Avoid Combat: -As fun as it is to fight zomboids, its best to avoid combat as much as you can. Fighting creates noise that brings in more zomboids, more zomboids means more sound etc. Also you better be ready to fight a lot more zomboids than you can see on screen if you are certain you want to fight them. 2. Check for keys: -Keys can be found in multiple places. The house its parked at, on the floor (use Search Mode), on zomboids or even in the glovebox! If you cant find keys and the doors are locked, smash through the passenger side window so that you cant be grabbed from the drivers side. You can also try your luck and farm for a key by killing zomboids near a locked car (it has a low % chance of spawning a key on one of the zomboids). 3. Use smaller weapons: -Avoid massive weapons like sledgehammers, its gonna tank your stamina down quickly. Use bigger weapons if you have some skill points in that weapon category (Long Blunt, Long Sharp etc..) or if you dont have any other weapons. 4. Watch Life and Living on the TV: -Everyday for the first 9 days at 6:00 and 12:00 AM/PM tune in on "Life & Living" on the TV to earn skill points in Carpentry, Cooking, Foraging etc. If you skip a show, its alright. This is more for a min/max playthrough and just for a small starting boost. (Some of the shows wont give XP, i suggest you visit the wiki for a detailed description of when to watch the show). 5. Grab a water bottle: -If you carry a water bottle in your main inventory, your character will drink from it. No more need to look for a sink all the time to quench thirst! But do remember to fill your bottle up regularly. 6. Read books: -Use skill books and magazines to unlock recipes and to boost your XP gain on skills. 7. Learn hotwiring: -If you play as a burglar, you unlock this skill from the start. If you dont play as burglar, you will need to train your Mechanics to level 2 and Electrical to level 1. You can do this by breaking down electronics such as digital watches, CD players etc and you can train Mechanics by uninstalling and reinstalling car parts from cars. Read the skills books before you start for an XP boost like mentioned before. 8. Survive: -Just be aware of your surroundings, act carefully, keep an ear on the radio for any "Air Activity" on the Emergency Broadcast because that means a helicopter is approaching. It is not your friend. I REPEAT, ITS NOT YOUR FRIEND. If you hear one in the distance, you better hope you get inside quick enough before it spots you. It will follow you the whole day and loud sounds with zomboids DO NOT MIX WELL. Stockpile food, get water, get a generator and a magazine to use it, get fuel. Do everything to survive. Blessed be the algorithm, it has brought me to this holy channel Sometimes there is quite a bit of stutter in your gameplay video, whats going on there? its reallllly jarring.

also a few little tips: foraging is much more effective when crouching, you have to add ingredients to a pot or pan before cooking it, animal corpses have to be butchered with a knife or similar tool before they can be used as ingredients, fishing can be done with a spear or a rod in a natural body of water, and if you get electrical skill 1 and mechanical 2 you can hotwire your own cars with a screwdriver and not need those lost keys.

SPOILERS FOR VIDEO: i agree you reached for too much and overestimated how many zombies you can take on. when you're trying to get into a commercial zone to loot its probably best to avoid taking on more than you have to. by trying to clear out everything around that building you drew the attention of plenty of zombies that wouldn't have noticed you if you'd moved quietly. its hard to take on those bigger hordes because you get so exhausted, and a big weapon like an axe exhausts you faster. exhaustion is the real killer as you learned lol. the safer strategy is to try and sneak in and take it room by room, while always keeping your escape route in mind in case you run into a big group indoors. loving these videos, subscribing so i can see the rest!

Also future tip, carry a chair with you and place it on the road near where you're going to kill zombies so you can rest on the chair to get rid of that exhausted Moodle because it makes you do significantly less damage per hit while exhausted, and you swing and walk much slower as well.

As someone who obsessively plays this game and watches tons of PZ Let's Plays, I didn't really see a lot of room for suggestions... only thing I saw was you reading a book in the middle of the street at 08:16 - which gave me just a liiiiittle bit of anxiety... but I figured you were safe since you killed all the zeds around you LOL! You don't seem so much like a beginner to me! You're pretty good, I can tell you have a least a little experience playing (which is a good thing!). This is my first time coming across your channel/videos, but definitely will subscribe and look forward to the future episodes! =)
