If QBO isn't actually saving or fully uploading you attachments I'd bet you have multiple QBO tabs open. I see this sometimes and but not others. I'll add an attachment it shows it's 100% but it's didn't change colors. I have to close all QBO tabs delete the failed attachments and reattach them.

This was an amazing overview of Prospect Research. I'm trying to learn more about best practices and this was an excellent starting point.

Great video! Using QBO. How do you track a grant where your outflow is capitalized? For example, you receive an unrestricted grant of $50,000. Your non profit needs a new van. You purchase a van for $30,000 how would you report on that?

Looking forward to the advancements that KeelaPay will bring to the platform, especially the direct debit component. One quick question: Will we be able to change or customize the recurring date of scheduled transactions in KeelaPay? Here are a couple situations that we've encountered that this would be helpful for us. Situation 1: A donor contact us and requests a change to the day of the month on which their payment processes. (Currently, we have to cancel the existing donation and recreate the donation on the new day, re-entering their credit card info). Situation 2: A donor contacts us March 13 to set up a monthly donation, processing their first payment today but wanting future payments to happen on the on the 1st day of the subsequent months. (Currently, we have to process the 1-time donation, and then wait until the 1st of the next month to create the recurring series, which sometimes means coming in on a weekend if the first falls on the Saturday or Sunday) Thanks :)
