This is probably my favorite game of all time. I highly recommend giving the full game a shot. Fair warning though, the plot takes a while to really kick in. But the characters are great enough to not make that wait awful.

I have a special place in my heart for Night Trap. It was my introduction to the FMV genre AND it was one of my first Sega CD games. Even still, I can't ignore the many faults the game has.

Love this. Alex Kidd has forever left an imprint on my subconscious and I used to dream about new levels a lot when I was a kid. Played this with my mom & dad back in 1990 when I was 6. Didn't finish the game until I was 20 much later in life after I found the old master system in the garage and played the shit out of it while I was at Uni. Great memories.

This is actually a very good match up. While the Sega Genesis port is the winner it doesn't get there with ease.

I played this one in the arcade! pretty fun shmup and I did dig the late 80s-early 90s anime aesthetic. hoping with the trend of random-ass 3rd party titles getting a re-release that this one gets a turn someday!

Did you experience any issues with getting the map to appear? I’ve checked and the button is mapped correctly and I’ve even set it to one of the back buttons. Can’t get it to work. I’ve tried several proton GE versions, experimental, 8.9, 8.4, 7.6 and 3.16-9 and no change. Which proton are you using so I can try that
