This is Jap Chae recipe which is one of the Korean traditional foods. The noodle is made of sweet potato which is good for health too. Taste is really good, too. Interesting. I never thought to eat the leaves. Your cauliflower looks so pretty!
Yeah I didn’t know that we can eat the leaves but when I went to one of the Israeli restaurants, they had the whole roasted cauliflower. The staff said they usually eat the leaves so I tried it. The leaves taste was better than the actual cauliflower 😁 Try it. It’s really yummy when it is crispy.
