How To Install The New RS100 Bottom Case with Bottom Wire Exit.
In this video, we show you step by step how to replace the stock RS100 bottom case with the optional bottom wire exit case. This optional bottom case allows you to run the wires of the RS100 Servo straight out the bottom instead of the normal side exit. This is beneficial for many of the 1/24 and 1/18 crawlers, such as the Scx24, which often has an issue with the stock and aftermarket chassis rails hitting the side exit wires during suspension articulation.
With this optional bottom wire exit case, that is no longer an issue! This case swap process is simple, but please take your time and be gentle when working with electronics.

Proper Torque Testing of Our RS100 Micro Servo
Просмотров 2327 месяцев назад
This is just a quick video to show how torque testing is actually done with proper equipment and lab certified force guages made for this type of testing. Any testing done any other way than this not accurate. Like most youtubers, with cheap, imprecise, inapt luggage scales and links between the servo and scale, screwed to a piece of wood, trying to measure pulling force is NOT how servos are m...
The Truth of Servo Testing and All The Details Involved.

In this video we go over the many aspects of servo testing including test method, equipment, setup, actual testing, ratings and conversions, Bec Info, and more. This video is long and very raw, no special editing to make it nice or fancy. I'm not great at making videos, and I just wanted this to be as real as possible. Excuse my constant sniffling, I was fighting a cold. Hopefully this video gi...

@@teamnsdrc8438 I need a full size winch, the micro winch is awesome but I don't think it'll handle a 15 pound crawler the way I want 😅

This servo would move my heavy tires around without a problem!
I have one of these with low run time that was bought months ago, and it has random jitters. Powered on 3s. Any advice? I did buy the USB tuner, is there anything there that can help it?
Hi Lee, you should definitely reach out to us at our email nsdrcscaleparts@gmail.com if you ever have any issue! It is very difficult to help you diagnose your issue with no further information. Our servo potentiometer is set to high so its very sensitive. If you have made adjustments with the programmer that are against our recommendations you could have caused damage. We have had maybe 3 people that have had a "jitter" issue and it has been caused by the RX/TX they are using. You could use the programmer to turn down the sensitivity level to eliminate this issue, this will not have any effect on performance. For further help diagnosing and fixing your issue please contact us via email.
Where are you guys from that looks like Bean Hollow
