you are entitled to your wages if you can do your job whilst in prison, if you can turn up and do your job you can get paid, but you cannot receive them whilst in prison, its part of english law, you are not entitled to income while you are serving a prison sentence if you dont do your job. the practice of forcing players on to lower wages because thats the new wage structure, thats a different matter, the way players have been treated at times is out of order, its no wonder we struggle to sign anybody decent these days.
