Hello from 300 Hz to 15000Hz
@Perfect Acoustic probably NONE, this doesn't seem to be any of the standard diffusers backed by theory and measurements, such as quadratic, MLS or other diffusers. Here depth of diffuser seems to be 5cm but I'll give it some credit and call it 10cm. Frequency at this length is roughly 3400Hz and diffuser probably starts working at around 1/4 of that i.e. 850Hz but I'd guess barely if at all. For frequencies below 850Hz this panel is as flat as your regular wall. If depth is 5cm then you need to double it and now it barely diffuses frequencies at 1700Hz

Not random holes. It is designed for good sound. If the hole size is not correct, you can highlight or extinguish certain frequencies. They can do + -20 damage.

No. Corner double wood membrane also va. Unfortunately, drywall is very absorbing of sound. Therefore, broadband panel could not be used.
