Reset işlemi basit ama bazı noktaların atlanmaması ile kolayca yapılabilir. Bunlardan ilk olan bilgisayarda yüklü olan Tomtom MyDrive Connect dosya klasörü içinde bulunan CACHE klasörünün içi boş olması gerekir. İkinci nokta video da cihazın açma kapatma tuşuna basma işlemini çok kısa tutuyor halbuki siyah bilgi ekran gelene kadar bekleyip ekran gelince tuşu bırakması gerekir. Üçüncüsü siyah ekran gelince açma kapatma tuşununa 1,2,3 diye 1 saniye içinde seri şekilde bas bırak yapılması gerekir. Dördüncüsü cihazın ekranı açılınca dönen dişli çarkı animasyonu kaybolmadan cihazın kablosunu bilgisayara takıp Tomtom MyDrive Connect uygulamasını açıp geri yüklemenin tamamlamasını beklemek. Sonuncusu geri yükleme bittikten sonra Tomtom My Drive Connect yazılımı ile güncellemeleri tamamlamak.
I don't see CACHE Dir. in MyDrive Connect Directory, but can clear from MyDrive settings. I tried recovery more times, it ends 100% and again go to constantly resetting. (tomtom 620)

Cihazın kablosunu bilgisayara takıp cihazı açın ve bilgisayar bağlantısını onaylayın TTActivator ekranı üst satırında bağlı olan cihazın ismi görünmesi gerekir eğer görünmüyorsa REFRESH kısmını tıklayın daha sonra NAV3/NAV4 TOOLS bölümünde İnstall TT Package Files olanı açın orada bilgisayara indirdiğiniz dosyayı TTPKG tür olanı seçin ve ekrandan gerekli onayları verin yükleme başlayıp bitince cihaz ilk kurulum ekranı ile başlayacak ayarları ve tercihlerinizi tamamlayın daha sonra Tomtom MyDrive Connect ile eksik olan ses dosyalarını yükleyin. Benim bilgisayarımdaki dosya yolu şöyle ( C:\Users\ASUSF3E\AppData\Local\TomTom\HOME3 ) burada dikkat edilecek nokta bilgisayar Gizli Dosyaları GÖSTER olarak ayarlanmış olması gerekir AppData DOSYASI GİZLİ TÜRDEN OLANLARDAN. Ayrıca cihazın üzerinde takılı hafıza kartınız varsa onu çıkartıp öyle deneyin.

@@ciucitos I have the same navigator yours has been preserved for more than a year.three days ago I turned it on and it worked fine, I updated the maps and it crashed like yours without any possibility of making it work. on purpose so that you buy it new.
A friend asked me to update his GO50 yesterday because he didn't have a computer. I followed all of the steps and it appeared to be updating fine. Then the screen changed to show a picture to indicate it was not connected to the computer. Whenever I power it on now, it goes right back to the same screen. When I connect it to the computer, My Drive Connect says the device is not responding. None of the reset instructions I've found on the TomTom site have worked.
