    Hello Good DAY! I recently purchased the door tool palette for autocad Architecture from your website and I’m having an issue using the content, the message is showing is “ A style of definition could not be located, please HELP, i have tried everything and nothing works !

      I just uploaded a new video on troubleshooting tools from our products. It is imperative that the products are kept under "C:\Program Files\ARCHIdigm" because this path is hardcoded in the Tool's HTML files. Also, make sure your IT support has standard protocols for access to files under "C:\Program Files" so you are not restricted from reading data from that path. And finally, contact me by e-mail and I will personally work with you to resolve any problems with our products.
