The toilet ismt hooked up and neither is the blumping. Notice lack of lighting. No fusebox nowiring and that "foundation " isn't going to pass code it'll have to sit on a concrete slb with lower supports. For the cost of this "home" and all the work it needs done plus the land you have to level and prep and cost of permits you could literally build a home bigger than that brand new with a brick foundation 10k u can build a nice small home yourself

I have been trying to digitilize some dvd's which were burnt from a Panasonice Video to DVD burner. So it has a video and DVD player, and you can burn a DVD direct from the Video. I have no idea what type of files they are, but I have tried WinDVD and it does not recognize it at all. It does play on Cyberlink movie player, so I was wondering if it would work on PowerDVD? My daughter passed away recently, and there are some lovely videos of her when she did drama many years ago, and I would like to edit some small parts of the videos in PowerDirector to share with family, but I need to convert them to MPEG 4 first. Really wish you would have actually reviewed the software. All you reviewed were the pretty pictures. I have no idea on ease of use, accuracy or anything pertaining to using the software itself. If you're going to tout yourself as a reviewer, do better.

I tried this office suite briefly and I can't get excited about it. I have a very well-equipped computer with 32 GB RAM, but I still noticed that the computer froze for a moment when I clicked on the font bar in this office suite, for example. That was enough for me, I uninstalled it immediately. You can't select any themes in this office suite either, I don't like the bright white display and prefer a dark theme. I'd rather use "Softmaker Free Office", it seems much more sophisticated, is faster and has more functions, and it's also 100% compatible with Microsoft Office!

I need this. Make an office/game room.
