As a western i see true humans in this people. They might be poor but with a pure hart. They want too survive and keep a smile on there face. Still got love in there harts. Here in the west world we lost that. Its a hunt for money, stuff, and thinking the life is about the materialistic things you are supporting. So many unhappy here even we should be deeply thnxful

I see a fallback position when my life here in america goes south and I'm already at that point. Cheap rent but no parking for a vehicle. I would likely be stabbed to death in a short amount of time though, for the few pesos I might or might not have on me. My Filipina wife tells me they would chop my arm off to get my $4 Casio watch that doesn't even work anymore. But a bag of pagpag is only 30 pesos at the local sari sari store, that's like 53 cents U.S. Combine that with an ice cold RC Cola and a daily multi-vitamin and hey, I'm livin' large!!!

The slum in this vlog is not as well-kept as in slums shown in other vlogs,even Filipino slum dwellers in other slums are commenting negatively on the place... The middle income- grouped Phils is ranked 73rd out of 125 countries on Poverty...So many videos on Philippine same slum areas do not mean these dominate Phils' scenery.

This is not Poverty - this is lack of discipline and self love. People cant even clean their own houses and yet they blame this to the government. They should be ashamed on themselves!!! And shame on them for letting their son and daughter live on this condition. I'm not rich and I'm also poor but I didnt let myself to live on this conditions, I dont have a huge house, I didnt actually have my own house and I only rent , but I make sure that my house is clean and my surroundings. I cant understand why these people let their places to look like this.
