Just another short update to keep you informed of where I'm at with things.

Sorry for the late updates and lack of updates. Gotta deal with life stuff though....Here is my latest update and what I have planned in the off season.

So after some broken parts again, and some changing around of things a little, I was finally able to make some decent runs. This is the first of two.

This was the next run of the day, and the final run of the day on July 21st. After a couple of tuning changes, I ran a personal best on this pass!!! Best et, best mph! The car is still slow from what it should be though, as the converter isn't even close to being right, but considering that, it's making some serious steam to run this fast even with the converter killing it!

More info on engine assembly and mock up, pushrods, gear drive, etc. along with a little bit of tech of how I did things.

More progress and getting closer! Was hoping to have car ready for a car show this coming weekend on May 4 but just ain't gonna happen. Still on schedule to make first race of the season though!

Part 3(ish) on updates with the car. Finished most of the wiring, still a couple things left to do before engine gets done and in the car.

Second update to the car, working on the new wiring and installation of the MSD Grid Controller and Pro 600 CDI Ignition. Sorry about the end of the video, the recording got cut off before I thought it did. Still learning how to do and edit the videos, so please bear with me through the process!!

This was the last pass I made in the car before all the crazy stuff started. Best pass on methanol and best pass to date in the car. Went 7.07 seconds at 179 mph. 60' was a 1.08.
