Hello Sir meri mother ka CA 64 aaj hi karwaya hai and mother ne contrast ct abdomen karwaya tha February moth me jisme ye likha hua Uterus is bulky in size, anteverted and measures 90 x 73 x 56 mm. An ill-defined heterogenously enhancing isodense to uterine myometrium area is seen in myometrium on left side measuring~ 35 x 33 mm. It shows multiple small cystic areas within it, largest measuring ~12 mm - ? focal adenomyosis. Apart from it few scattered simple cysts are seen in myometrium, largest measuring upto 9 mm. Right ovary shows an irregularly marginated thick walled peripherally enhancing hypodense cyst of size 23 x 19 mm. Left ovary shows a dominant follicle of size 19 x 14 mm, otherwise both ovaries are normal in size and attenuation. Bulky uterus with an ill-defined heterogenously enhancing isodense to uterine myometrium area myometrium on left side with multiple small cystic areas within it- ? focal adenomyosis.
